“Impeccable Quality, Taste, and Medicinal Properties.
After reading the medical benefits about the uses of saffron — eg as effective as Pharmaceuticals for ADD/ADHD (well tolerated by teens — according to the medical literature) and depression, and more effective than existing prescription meds for fighting dementia—I learned of Mina Sahar Saffron from a friend. And boy does it deliver! It’s the highest quality of saffron, ethically sourced, empowering women in the ancient spice trade. Daily, I add 15-20 threads (circa 25 mg of active ingredients) to my morning coffee for medicinal purposes. Or as a boost to a chai latte. My cooking is benefiting tremendously—it’s divine in my red sauce for lasagnas and pasta. Saffron rice, stews, soups, risotto, pasta sauce, lattes, and curry. This year, I had so much fun gifting saffron to friends and neighbors. Ordering the oz makes for a wonderful abundance. I thought it would last the year, but it may not because I’ve got a quarter of it left and it’s only April. At $150 am ounce, which is $5 a gram, it’s an amazing offer. And given the medicinal properties, well worth 1000x its weight in gold.”

“The Best Saffron Ever!
Receiving this was such a pleasure. I ordered a full ounce, and what arrived was the biggest quantity of saffron I've ever seen — and I measured it and it was just over an ounce — and at a great price. It's a beautiful deep color, the smell is wonderful, and it made for a perfect risotto Milanese. I look forward to many more risottos, and other rice dishes, and a saffron sponge cake I saw the recipe for. I'll be buying all my saffron from this vendor from now on.”
